In mid-November I drove down to beautiful Pauanui Beach on the Coromandel Peninsula to capture the lovely L family at their favourite weekend getaway spot! I was so honoured to be asked to do this session as I love to travel and Pauanui and the Coromandel were such special places for my family growing up too. It was such a joy to see another family enjoying the beach and relaxed lifestyle that this beautiful stretch of coastline is known for and capture all the fun of childhood at the beach!
Despite the changeable Spring weather not co-operating with us on the day and rain sprinkling down throughout the shoot, wet hair (and fur!) aside you wouldn’t know the conditions weren’t the best, we all had loads of fun!
